Medicillin

Overview

Medicillin is a health insurance product from Zurich Asuransi Indonesia. Currently Medicillin adds convenience and convenience to its Customers by presenting the Medicillin Application based on Android and iOS. With this application, customers can perform various activities related to health and Medicillin needs.

Challenge

Policyholders often struggle to access their insurance information when they need it most — during a hospital visit or a health emergency. The client needed a mobile app that not only made insurance information instantly accessible, but also engaged users with health and wellness features to keep them coming back beyond claim season.

Solution

We built native applications for both Android and iOS, connecting to a shared backend API. The app covers insurance management and health tracking in one experience.

• Insurance Access — digital insurance card, policy details, and coverage information
• Claims — submit and track health insurance claims from the phone
• Hospital Finder — search nearby accredited hospitals and clinics
